About the ANZ Sales Engineer:

Supporting the Regional Sales team, you will act as the Technical representative to assist customers across ANZ in the achievement of Sales revenue targets. This will involve performing product demonstrations and engaging with customers in the Energy, Mining and Manufacturing sectors.

Responsibilities:

• RFP/RFI Responses

• Analyse Security controls/documentation and network architecture

• Collaborate with Partners and Post-Sales teams to ensure successful deployment of solutions on customer premises

• Deliver assessments on-site, review technical configurations and risk assessments on ICS/SCADA environments

• ‘Bridge the gap’ in communication between IT and OT stakeholders to achieve mutually held objectives

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in customer-facing or presales role

• Network infrastructure expertise, preferably with relevant certification (e.g. CCNA)

• Solid understanding of Cyber Security including firewalls and hacking techniques

• Excellent relationship management and presentation skills

• Experience in Operational Technology environments with certifications such as GICSP and knowledge of industry standards (e.g. IEC 62443) and frameworks a distinct advantage

• Python scripting and / or API integration skills an advantage
