About the Regional Sales Engineer:
Working alongside an existing team and reporting to the Singapore based APAC Director, you will drive presales engagements in South Asian countries and Australia and resonate customer needs internally help shape future product roadmap so that the company maintains their position as an industry leader.
Responsibilities:
* Perform as a main technical customer contact and co-ordinate effectively with Sales team to deliver innovative solutions
* Manage the RFI/RFP responses including requirement gathering, high level designs, sizing and pricing
* Continuously develop your knowledge of Cyber Intelligence and Telco network architecture
* Contribute to white papers and provide feedback to improve demonstration / presentation format and contents
Experience:
* Bachelor's degree
* Experience as a Sales Engineer or Solution Architect
* Outstanding communication skills and confidence to perform as a public speaker
* Ability to deliver value proposition to technical and non-technical audience
* Expertise in Network Architecture, IP protocols and encryption
* Skilled in Cybersecurity including but not limited to NGFW, IPS, EDR, NDR, Cloud Security
* Relevant Certifications in Cybersecurity and / or Network Engineering are beneficial
