About the ASEAN Sales Director:

 

You will report to the Regional VP and be responsible for driving new business revenue in ASEAN, with a focus on the Philippines. This will require you to devise and implement a successful GtM strategy and manager Account Managers in Thailand and Vietnam

Responsibilities:

 

·        Secure new logo business in FSI, Government and Critical Infrastructure accounts

·        Identify, recruit and cultivate relationships with channel partners in Philippines and ASEAN

·        Recruit a team of Account Managers to assist you in achieving revenue targets both directly and through channel partners

·        Establish a team vision to achieve short and long-term goals

·        Collaborate effectively with multiple departments including PreSales, Support, R&D and Marketing

·        Perform effective competitor analysis and provide feedback to global leadership team

Experience:

 

·        Proven track record of Sales Achievements in the Philippines, ideally within a Cyber Vendor start-up environment

·        Strong leadership capabilities with direct management experience preferred

·        Excellent presentation skills and ability to build long lasting customer relationships

·        Willingness to travel throughout ASEAN
